BRASILEIRÍSSIMO IS A COFFEE SHOP LOCATED IN THE UNIVERSITY OF BRASÍLIA, INSIDE THE DARCY RIBEIRO MUSEUM, THE UNIVERSITY'S FOUNDER.
They came to Norte - Comunicação e Imagem looking for a visual identity that would represent the timelessness of the university and its founder. It would also have to appeal to all the student body and faculty members. I began by making a custom type for the name.

Then used the upper-case B to form a shape that resembles toasted coffee beans.

THE RESULT WAS A SIMPLE YET INSTANTLY RECOGNIZABLE LOGO.
The coffee beans are lastly enclosed in a circle, subtly representing a coffee cup seen from above.

It was opted out using a colour palette since the client needed to reduce printing cost. But that's ok because black and white looks good anywhere. And finally I created a pattern to use on the stationary and the menu.

And here's the final result:

Thank you so much and I hope you've enjoyed the design process.
